Hi All, just joined and cannot wait to get into this forum . I have just acquired my Pr of Ekkies 4 days ago they are 11 months old and have been together since weaning so the breeder told me. They come from good stock and should be good birds . Parent reared but still very tame do not talk but are very inquisitive when being talked to. I also breed Aussie lorikeets all chicks are handreared
cheers

we named him trevor, after the man who won big brother because he was quite & so is our new bird i live on 145acres so i can have as many avairies as i need but you always have to save the money ha, we just layed our slab for our bird avairies walk ins one side & suspendeds the other with a walk through in the midle should be good because we have about 30 avairies & to have them all in the same spot would make it quicker to feed them & snakes are always a worry caught 5 or 6 all ready this season any way you will have con dad into building a couple of avairies, good luck.looks like you have a real good bond with your eckie you know the one in the photo god love em there a special bird i cant wait to breed one out of mork and mindy there the best talkers sounds like they say whole sentences including the dogs names there me favourites.
